How do I contact you?

For any questions regarding our products or for assistance with your order, please send us an email at flexevostore@gmail.com or go to "Contact Us" page and you should get a response within one business day. You can also find us on Facebook and Instagram @flex.evolve 

If you are emailing about your order, please make sure to include the order number or the email address used at checkout in your message.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you place your order, please allow 8-24 days to receive your product(s).

How do I change the shown currency?

You can change the currency through the selector on the top-left corner of our website page

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.

How do I get a refund?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to receive a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return with proof. Our customer service team will review the refund request and will send further instructions it is approved. For more information go to "Refund Policy" page.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
